General Information & Guidelines to help you prepare for your stay.

1. LOCATION - 2790 Tonto Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406

2. CONTACTING US - (928) 486-5552. Available 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY PLEASE.

3. Our units are all SMOKE FREE.  NO SMOKING allowed inside.  Please step outside WELL AWAY from all entryways, doors and windows.

4. We are a PET FRIENDLY complex ($50 per pet fee applies).  Please note however that (in consideration of all occupants) no pets are allowed in the Pool (a $250 filter & cleaning fee will be incurred).

6. We ask that everyone please dispose of all TRASH in provided dumpsters prior to departure.

7. Please DO NOT wash boats or RVs inside unit garages. 

​

8. QUIET HOURS after 10:00 p.m. per city ordinance.  Thank you for your consideration.

9. LATE CHECKOUT available ONLY if arranged prior to checkout time.  If late checkout is not arranged a $50 per hour fee will be applied after 10:00 a.m. and a Full-Day stay charged after 12 Noon.  This is due to our Cleaning Staff schedule and agreement. Thank you for understanding.
